(Have to admit I'm mostly talking about a Stormcloak perspective)


Why not have an "upgrade" in the armor varieties? Now that one side has complete control over the other, they also have a bit more resources. Why not do some little quests maybe so that your side will get better armor (Instead of that unoriginal stormcloak armor, why not make something more heavy and initmidating?). After you have done this quest you can see that a lot more of your comrades carry this superior armor. (The original armor that is in Vanilla Skyrim still holds his presence though).

For the imperials maybe some armour like the guards had in Oblivion? I thought that looked a lot better then the "roman" armor in Skyrim (although I like it as well)
