That's an absurd amount of time to wait for a save that should only take a few seconds.
You could try;

- Disable any antivirus you have running.
- Disable steam cloud, it's useless anyway.
- Disable mods to see if there's an issue.

I clean out my savegame folder on a regular basis, and it makes a big difference in loading/saving times. I just move all but the most recent save (and the quick/auto saves) into a different folder, on the off chance that I'll need to access them again.

22 saves @ 8MB each is nothing.
My savegames are ~12MB each (Level 68) and I have a coupla dozen.
But saving should be almost 'instant' (as you remember it being) so there's some problem.
It's possible your rig was just strung out, needed a reboot?
Otherwise, rigs become saturated when you have only one harddisk, especially if it's slow, and you are swapping lots of data to your page file while loading new areas - and in the middle of this you're trying to write a save file.
Your harddisk can do only one thing at a time.
But 30 seconds plus is pretty grim... that's not good.
Tune up your rig, run disk cleanup, then set the harddisk to check for file system errors upon next reboot. Reboot.
Then defrag your harddisk, I use Defraggler, but there's one built into Windows.
(Hopefully you don't have like 50 screenshots in your Skyrim folder, @ ~5MB each...)
See if this problem persists; hopefully it will not.
Good luck to you, and keep us posted if you're still having this problem.
You'll then need to give us full specs on your rig, including a DXDiag report.
It's possible one of your mods may be choking on the latest v1.5 update,
Regards

Thank You Sir,

Now problem is gone, i think its from one of the mods after 1.5 patch.
I deleted Wars in Skyrim and Warzones.
My rig us really good with new hard disk and i have no problem in other games or programs (its fast).
I have two harddisks, and special partition just for the STEAM, it's about over 70gb free, and pretty new (so i think it is in good shape).
Still it's very strange. When it will occur again i will use defrag Sir as you said.

For now saves are back to be very fast almost instant.

Thank you all for trying to help, it is very nice to get that much support from the community.
