Very Weird Issue, warning.

Hi,

I tried to play my F:NV today but i couldn't because my dialogues with other NPCs were sorta broken. Now with almost every NPC in the game, when i talk to them, their mouth don't follow the talking sound, their lips move too fast or simply, not at the same time of the text, resulting as an Not talking NPC after the first words of the dialogue, which is really annoying for me. It changes after that i did the last update 1.3 of Fallout, i guess.

Just in case, i don't have FPS Clamp modified, the only thing modified in my .INIs are bUseThreadedAI=1/iNumHWThreads=2 For my CoreI7 Quad core. And the lastest version of NVSE is installed (for mods).

With all that, the weirdest thing is that my FPS is now at 90 to 160 in-game when normally, i had ALWAYS a stable 30 in-game. Everything looks faster and smoother in-game now, i do like it, but that's the weird dialogue thing that i don't understand. I do have mods, but these never caused anything, i use always the same mods, with no issues, I played 250 hours so far, i love to play this game, so please O.O, help me. If a list of my mods would be helpful, i will list it on the forums.

My PC ;

CPU : Intel® Core™ i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20ghz
Memory RAM : 6.00 GB DDR3
OP :Windows 7 Ultimate 64bits
Graphic Card : EVGA 275 GTX superclocked
If something have to be known, please reply about it.

I see no reason why an unmodified version of Fallout should have fps fixed at 30 if iFPSClamp is not set.

Is it possible that you have installed New Vegas Stutter remover?
This would explain why framerate was fixed to 30. If so, try to update it.
Also if it is the reason, in the NVSR ini you can set frames from 30 to 60 if you like.

Thanks, it's a strong possibility, I got the stutter remover yeah. I saw on the nexus page that he just released something new yesterday, i'll try updating it.

Thanks again, for the quick replies. I'll return here again to confirm it.

[EDIT]

Well thanks El Zoido, my stutter remover was indeed outdated, but that wasn't all, my 4Gb NVSE edition was outdated too. So when i deleted my 4GB program, it fixed the problem, but i hope the 4gb's creator will update it or something.
