In Skyrim I collect rare wines (Colovian Brandy, Firebrand Wine etc...), but I have not found the encounter with the Carvains yet, and this matters because Plautus Carvaine has the only Cyrodilic Brandy obtainable by normal means. I know that him, his wife and their guard are going to attend Vittoria Vici's wedding, but on the wiki it says that the only requirements for the encounter is that it is before the quest Bound Until Death. My question is even though I completed Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!, is the encounter still able to occur because that quest has not happened yet, or is it unavailable now?
