Okay, like I said in another thread Victor just kind of showed up in my motel room while I was sleeping and woke me up. Well, after I talked to him a companion wheel started showing up... only problem is everytime I click "Follow me" it never works. Actually I dont think anything works except "Back up". Its weird because he doesnt have any companion dialog like the other companions.. just the wheel. He wont follow me though. I wish there was a console command or something to make him appear outside.. maybe that would help.

I don't know why the companion wheel is showing up but as far as I know you can't get him as one. The guide doesn't show him as one either.

I got his companion wheel to come up once also. After he talked to me in a random location, I followed him and talked to him. It brought up the companion wheel.

Grr! This is bothering me so much for some reason.
