I pretty much just started 'The House Takes All' quest, so I went to the Lucky 38 after taking care of Benny (and by that I mean killing him). I also talked to the Yes Man, but didn't ask him to help me take over Vegas, so I don't know if that's what broke it.
Anyways, so off I trotted to the Lucky 38, talked to Victor and was let in. Then something odd happened.
When I went in, I found I couldn't talk to any of the securitrons or Victor. It appeared the elevator wasn't working either.
So I cracked out the console and tried activating the elevator manually; this kind of worked, but it only took me to the Presidential Suite.
After that, I tried activating Victor. While only getting a greeting response, I did find something interesting in regards to http://img194.imageshack.us/img194/4017/screenshot10e.png.
It seems all of his scripts for elevator control are set to 0. From what I can gather, (although I'm mostly an amateur at this sort of thing) this is probably the reason the it isn't working.
Is there some way to fix this?

A Victor related question - why does he have a house if he can't enter the door and just stands there out front staring at the door?
