So, there is this problem that when I enter the strip, the victor at the door of Lucky 38 is dead, causing me can't play this game further..

I have searched multiple forums and it seems that it is caused by entering Vault 11 and interacting with the vault's terminal which eventually will end up displaying a mission fail note.

The admin in Xbox subforum said that the xbox version is patched up but will have to require player to roll back to a previous save, I'm looking for a solution not requiring me abandoning my current game save. I have put so much time in it, and I don't want them wasted.
