Video Tutorial Request

Can someone create a tutorial on importing a 3D model into Skyrim? I downloaded this 3D model:
http://thefree3dmodels.com/stuff/architecture/neuschwanstein_castle_19th_century_bavarian_palace/11-1-0-7

I opened it with Blender and I tried to install NifTools and NifScope for Blender but I couldn't get it working. NifScope also required Python and some other obscure software.

What I'm needing is a tutorial on how to convert the (.3ds, .obj, or .wrl) into a .nif and apply a Skyrim texture map to it. And then import it into the CK.

Or, is someone willing to Skype with me and walk me through it?

Thanks
