Is there a method to have a sort of.. list in which i can view all the things modified by the current active esp?

Open the 'Data' dialog, select your plugin in the list and hit the 'Details' button - That should display a list of all the records it modifies/adds.

Depending on the size of your mod, the Details menu might be an overkill of random info, though.

Skyedit is even easier to use than TESVSnip but doesn't support all Skyrim data types yet.

If you are using Wrye Bash, the right click context menu provides a "details" option that shows a summary of records in the esp.
