So I just married Vilkas and after the ceremony he up and dissappeared..I can't find him anywhere now..is this a glitch?

I think you've got the "Owe Child Support Bug." Vilkas has abandoned you at the alter. This is one of the more sad bugs in Skyrim.

that is just awful ah well his animal instinct took over he was done mating and he went after another mate to keep his legacy going. that is how wolves are i assume

They do things differently in Skyrim. The bachelor party comes AFTER the wedding. If you don't see him in the next two days, assume it has something to do with a goat, a giant, and a tribal face tattoo.

In all seriousness, he's gone. I checked all my houses, checked Jorvaskr as well. Totally gone after 3 weeks of ingame time.

You don't need the zeroes if there are no numbers besides zeroes in the front.
You can write 0001A695 as simply 1A695, but for example 0101A695 (that is, mod or DLC content) must be put as 0101A695.
