Level 64 dunmer assassin/thief.

I took a companions quest from Vilkas. He wanted to go hunt dragons.
So - off we went to northwind summit.

No dragon. Just an arrow marker floating in the air.

I go to Breezehome in whiterun. I wait 30 days.

I go back to Northwind summit.


NO DRAGON.



I try to back out of the quest by dialoguing with Vilkas. There is no option to do so.




I fus ro dah Vilkas off a really high cliff. He survives.





I am BEGGING the forum participants for help. I will name my first masculine child after you. Pleeeeeeeeaase.................

"setstage CR14 20" apears to be the way to fix the quest by console, according to the UESP.

It worked.
