I'm trying to do something a little similar to that effect during the time travel sequence where the elder scroll symbols are overlaid onto the screen. That effect is achieved via a Visual Effect that points to an art object that specifies a nif to put up on the screen. It's flagged as attached to the camera, and rotating with the camera. I stripped away all the lag related controllers in nifscope and specified my own texture, and it looks great so long as my character is just standing there looking around. As soon as they run though (or look around in third person) it bounces all over the place. Is that just how those effects work, or am I doing something wrong?
