Well. I was going to tackle this one myself despite how absolutely terrifying bookshelves seem to look on a creation scale, but every time I try to save in the Creation Kit, the damn thing freezes on me and crashes.

So, perhaps someone else will heed my plea.

If you're familiar at all with the absolutely wonderful "Breezehome Library" mod, I'm hoping to create - or have created - something similar for Vlindrel Hall. The Dwemer architecture and abundance of scholars and localized legends makes The Reach a fascinating location for any scholar to live, and what's a scholar without their library?

The idea behind the one I was hoping to make was fairly simple. Just a library of maybe up to 8-10 3 shelf bookshelves, with a small reading chair / table in front of a hearth on one of the walls. No fancy blacksmithing stuff, no need for additional services or display racks other than maybe a shrine to Julianos for theme, some rugs, tapestries, whathaveyou.
