Simple question. Could we get voice commands for PC? I understand that this is a feature that was added for Kinect but it really just uses the mic and I suspect most people playing on the other platforms have those too. It seems like such an easy thing to port, perhaps it's not but it would be cool if this could be considered.

SEGA released http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Binary_Domain for PS3 and 360 not long ago, and the PC version is coming later this month, and all the 3 platforms have support for voice commands. So it's certainly possible.

I do guess that the 360 version is easier to do though, the Kinect API probably have some nice voice functions the developers can take advantage of. So a lot more work would need to be done for the PS3 and PC versions, while it was relatively easy on the 360. So in the end I wouldn't bet on it coming to PS3 and PC.

Oh, and Binary Domain is an extremely good single player shooter btw, if you want a shooter with a good story I highly recommend it

I would really like voice commands but what i really want is Quick Saving/Loading for PS3. It takes too long to save on the PS3.

PC already had mic shouts in December via a mod called Thu'uMic.

That's only for shouts though.

On pc there is the 'z' key?

The Z key just uses your shout like the RB1 on the xbox. It doesn't quick save, quick load or equip armor/weapons/powers. Unless i'm mistaken

I propose a trade. PC's want Voice Commands? Consoles get screenshot capability in return.
