Voice Issues and SFX : Fallout: New Vegas

NPC's are not spreading any sound when they talk.
And when I turn on my game, SFX sound is not working too. When I drag my mouse over words, there should be sound. But now something happened and only music, shots are hearing. Thank you. Waiting for help :rolleyes:

I had an issue like this with Fallout3. Turns out, I changed my sound settings from stereo to 5.1 but my headphones clearly don't support 5.1. Try changing your sound settings to stereo.
