vulpes incula glitch : Fallout: New Vegas

OK so I managed to skip the dialogue between me and vulpes inculpa where he gives me the mark of caesar, but now he follows me everywhere, saying caesar awaits. and i cant stop it. help

Tried exiting the game and restarting to see if that loses him? If not, you may have to restart from an earlier save, before the bug.

Bring the [censored] into the death claw promontory..wear a stealth boy tho, no loss of anykind besides the stalker

I'm pretty sure that he has a factional setting so that they won't attack him, but I could be wrong.

Maybe if you bring him into an NCR area, they will attack him (its a glitch, so you can't be sure). He is unarmed at the time, so it will make it easier for them.
