Waiting for the DLC, Part 3

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 5:33 am

Why would it?

Use your imagination and run wild.
Who knows?

I can't think of any reason why it would be some 12-13 hours behind schedule for release, can you?

Yes. Everyone in the Valve offices spontaneously combusted. It's more likely than the PSN link affecting it, especially considering the fact that dozens other Steam games and DLC's have been released since Portal 2.

Not only Steam, even Driect 2 Drive is not release yet with Honest Hearts DLC.

Possibly security issue or something. You know, stealing stuff.

5 hours ago, Gstaff posted: "I'll check and see what's going on"

1 hour ago, Nick posted: "As you guys have noticed, the Steam version of Honest Hearts isn't available yet. We're working as quickly as possible to get it up and we should have news for you very soon."

It's pretty clear that questioning Steam leads to an untimely demise, even if you're a big publisher like Bethesda! Tough times.

Sitting here hitting f5 periodically is more enjoyable than the DLC is probably going to be.

So... not released yet huh?

Does this have anything to do with the linking of PSN accounts and Steam Accounts?
Because if it does, I am not going to be a happy chappy.

nope no release yet ya know they should see a doctor about there lack of release issues

or just have the owner fire them all cus they stink that badly

Maybe gabe wanted to unlock all the achievement in HH before everyone, so he is only going to release it when he will have all off them.

Ok...no one else has dared to..so here it goes ( maybe this will help)

I now have a baby seal, a fluffy kitten, a golden retriever puppy and a rabbit in a bag. If the dlc is not released on steam within the next 4 and a half hours, I am going to start swinging it wildly and then use the bag in my rock-it-launcher. You have been warned.

[Barter 75] Who uses NCR Money? Aside from troopers and citizens, it's deflated value economically makes it a poor choice for merchants.

@SayAnything- Patience is a virtue friend. I'm sure it'll be out within a few hours.

It'll be nice if Bethesda could at least let us know when it will be coming out, so we can decide if we want to keep waiting a bit more, or plan to do other [censored] if it's not going to be available anytime soon.

Seriously though, I'm sure the issue is something on Steams side of things. All we can do is wait it out. I mean, waiting a few hours isn't so bad. They could have, you know, just decided not to release DLCs period.

Yeah, seriously, give Gabe a break. He got his head stuck in the KFC bucket again. The Valve team also misplaced the jaws of life to cut said bucket off Gabe's head. Gabe keeps the launch codes for all new releases in a key box behind his ear. So, until they get the bucket off his head we'll just have to wait.

Need I remind everyone again that we live in a world with computers? Why hasn't it been programmed into the system to automatically release? I'm sure my answer will come "Soon".
