friendly fire" is suppose to make the game more challenging for everyone. the problem is that the primary role for two of the four classes don't involve shooting the enemy.
ALL classes shoot at the enemy and ALL classes have ways of playing that don't involve them directly shooting at enemies.
the more i think about it the more i realize that the friendly fire concept was about as thought through as the lobby system for console.
Why was this not thought out? the way friendly fire works in Brink is the same as it is in any shooter I've played that has friendly fire, most reciently Bad Company 2 and Black Ops, both punish the shooter NOT the guy who runs into the bullets.
I have always prefered the concept that CoD somtimes implements where friendly fire is reflected back at the shooter, but I know alot of people that don't like that also . . . oh well can't please everone eh
