Wall of Flame? : V

Just wondering where I can find a tome for Wall of Flame? I've tried Faralda and Enthir but neither of them have it. Any help would be appreciated!

It depends on your destruction magicka level, your problay not high enough in destruction magicka

You have to be at least 75 destruction or maybe that's just my imagination but the only person who sold it for me was Faralda.

I've seen videos where people will have 25 destruction and have it, so I figured I should be able to get it. Guess I'll have to wait and see.

They might have consoled it to themselves (cheated) if they were on the PC.
