"Tombs" = Tomes? As in spell books? As pointed out above, those are available from the court wizards in each of the nine holds, as well as the spell teachers in the College of Winterhold, which is in...Winterhold.
As for which tombs, as in dungeons, might contain conjuration specific tomes...they're all over the place, really. Just explore. You'll come across them.
In the meantime, go to a court wizard (like the guy at Dragonsreach, in Whiterun), and buy some basic conjuration spells. Like conjure familiar. Then cast your familiar all the time to get your skill up. The higher-level spell tomes will only become available as your conjuration increases, so don't expect to be able to buy a "Conjure Dremora Lord" spell right at the beginning.
My first Skyrim character was a mage specializing in conjuration and destruction. Paired together, it's a very formidable combination. You should have fun.
