One of my few griefs with Skyrim is the way you rarely get enough good arrows. I still mostly use Steel or Ancient Nord Arrows when I can, because I prefer to save my good ones for the boss fights. I so wish you could smith arrows at a Forge, say 10 Arrows or even 5 Arrows for one Ingot with the prerequisite perk to Smith the materials (Elven, Glass, Ebony, Dwarven etc.) in the Smithing Skil tree.

I really miss that option.
