yesterday I bought rage via steam. unfortunately the manual is missing and steam support useless as usual. I want to ask if someone would be so kind to send me a copy of the manual (which comes with the boxed version of the game). It would really svck, if I have to buy the game a second time in order to get a manual with the boxed version.

That is unfortunately not possible. Digitalising the manual and sending it to other people would be a form of copyright violation and you can't ask for such things on these forums.
