I'm really angry because of Bethesda-gamesas ping-pong, we - people who made Fallout (every of them) alive for a long time, who made it valuable for You to create new games and earn money on it, are treated like a #&^@&*. Can You guys just do something nice and somehow release source code? Only models, graphics, animations or references from old series? And don't answer me like "we don't own rights", "find it on NMA", please find solution for it. Just tell us who really own rights and why they can not release it. really angry...

The reason that you hear (read) that they (gamesas) can not release code or images, is because they do not own them and what they are licensed for (unless the courts rule otherwise) is for their use only in a MMO.

Bethesda owns all but the MMO rights (IP) to Fallout so please contact them.

NOTE: I am not an official rep for gamesas, but I have been around IP/Licensing for some time and gamesas forum for some time.

I'm just trying to get something for NMA, Shamo and community... and I don't understand what a problem is to open gfx source for fallout 1 or 2, Bethesda will not lost anything, but probable will earn, gamesas will get great developers and game masters from FO:2238 (or any other FO SDK guys). That is stupid, it will end with new game and Fallout will die in few years (it is here for 14-15 years and it is remembered and living because great guys made mods and events!). Why Bethesda made FO3 not Planescape? Because FO is alive! really angry...
