That looks awesome, immedately I thought "That looks nice and warm", Jacobstown must be bloody freezing when you get there in your typical desert gear :P
I'll second the notion, I hope you stay into modding for a long time to come, these models of yours are really cool.

There are simply not enough tribal armors in New Vegas. Keep up the good work, this is awesome!

Exactly, the armor makes me think of a Tribe living in the snow outside Jacobstown.
