Nope, that would be Dean Domino, you may have seen him on a poster on one of the New Vegas loading screens. He's one of the captives.

I don't care all too much for the DLC, I honestly prefer Christmas.
I wish I could say the same thing, but at my university this season no one was in the spirit...we were all too busy to study. I couldn't get into it much either; too stressful, though I was trying to watch Christmas movies and get into the spirit. Didn't work out too well.
I'm kind of getting into it now, but this is the most exciting thing to happen to me this month until Christmas, which will last through gift exchange before my family goes off and do their own thing. :/
