Still loving every minute of the game.
On my dwellings i am stil trying to find a water breathing thing that i can dissenchant.
I know of the story of pinewatch and the treasure but that is random. And the amulet is not there . i haven't encountered it yet.

is there not a helmet as well? Im sure i picked it up with my first character.

it's all random. sometimes you get it out in the wild, sometimes you get it from merchants

I forgot where I found it but I found it at a later part of them game... And when I got that helmet I never thought that I could disenchant it not until I used the Arcane Enchanter...

yep but you can't disenchant that

waterbreathing gear is completely random unfortunately.
You just have ot keep looking at the merchants.

A normal farmer who was on his way to Solitude dropped one for me. Completely random chance.

My first character found a glass helmet with that on
