That's just really low. The box art for Fallout: New Vegas was revealed, and Obsidian isn't even mentioned on the front cover. But guess who gets their name on the front? I'll give you a hint, we're posting on their forums.

Well Bethesda is the publisher, I'm sure Obsidian will get their due.

Does it matter, whenever I look at a game i don't look at the tiny words: Bethesda Softworks, on the cover. If it's not on the front it'll probably be on the back, and in big letters when you put in the game, all the cover does is provide you with a lovely picture, it's not a big deal.

All they need to do is add the Obsidian logo next to it. They left plenty of room along the bottom for it; and I guarantee there'll be something said by Obsidian if it's left out.

Go look at the cover of Bethesda's other published games. WET, Rogue Warrior, Call of Cthulhu, etc. They didn't mention the developer on the covers on those games, so what makes you think they'd start doing it with New Vegas? I'm sure the people at Obsidian don't care that they aren't on the front cover, so I don't see why you should care for them.

I have no doubt that the box art was discussed and agreed upon by both companies involved. Since this topic seems to have been started just to stir up trouble it's going to be closed. If Obsidian has a gripe with it, I am sure it will be addressed via an appropriate venue.
