Weapon attack speed error?

Hi everyone,
I seem to be having a rather annoying problem with 1 (or multiple) mods.
I hadn't played skyrim in a long time and when I recently started playing again, and therefore updated my mods, the attack speed on all weapons (vanilla and the ones by mods)
was increased rather much, so that when wielding a 1h sword or dagger, it's almost impossible to hit something once, and the latter is almost a complete blur.
I tried deactivating my mods, but i still had the problem, and because it affected all weapons I thought perhaps it was a problem with bethesda's patch, but since anyone hasn't had the problem to... To be honest I'm not really that much of a modder myself, so I could really use some help.

the mods I use are the following:

Okay, none of your mods jump out at me as likely to cause an issue like that, so your best bet is going to be disabling all your mods. If the issue is fixed, then you know it's one of them, so re-activate them a few at a time until the issue presents itself again. Rinse and repeat until you find the culprit.

If the issue persists even with all your mods de-activated, then it's likely baked into your save or an issue with the vanilla game. There are still some things to think of, but make sure it's not a specific mod first

TESV Acceleration Layer - TESVAL 03

Not related to your issue but this isn't needed since one of the Skyrim Patches (I think it was 1.4) incorporated this into the game itself.

Open up the console and type in

player.setweaponspeedmult 1

Should fix things.

If you remove a mod that affects that via script while the effect is active, it won't be reset properly.

Well I couldn't find which mod exactly it was, but I tried the cc Astralfire proposed, and although it didn't fix things, I putted it on 0.05 and now is just about the normal attackspeed again, so thanks everyone :)
