Weapon Combos for Dual Wielding

Post » Fri Jun 08, 2012 11:05 pm

I am curious as to what great weapon combos folks are using for their dual wielding builds?

My current character had been using the Mace of Molag Ball and Dawnbreaker to great effect, but the stamina cost is a pain - though armor enchantments can help with this.

However, at the moment I am using a Legendary Daedric Longsword with an absorb stamina enchantment and using the Blade of Woe in my off hand - this seems to be a winning combo as well.

What are the rest of you using?

Currently using a 3rd Age Steel sword & Iron dagger both with fire enchants on my new assasin, Its really fast and stamina friendly I think.
(3rd Age Sword is a new sword and is from mod, Skyrim for PC ftw)

I personally like:

2 Axes
1 Axe ®, 1 Sword (L)
1 Sword ®, 1 Dagger (L)
2 Daggers (Both)

I like the Sword and Dagger alot.. Daggers stagger alot and if you use Valdr's Lucky Dagger or Mehrunes' Razor.. it's a give in. Hell... Dragonbane (special Blades Sword)+Razor= GG Dragons! ^.^

Elemental Fury is a must.. makes it all worth while. Or if you're feeling unique go around DW'ing Woodcutter's Axe/Poacher's Axe, or 2 Pickaxes (cause they have insane ATK speeds).

I'm currently using a blade of woe + ebony sword combo. It's worked pretty well so far whenever I've been in melee combat

From what I've read, the attack speed is governed by what you have in your left hand. So if you have smithing, but not fortify 1-H, it is best to have a dagger in the left hand.
