Weapon Rack making items blow off the shelves : V

I have a Weapon Rack from the vanilla game and I changed it from holding an Imperial Sword to holding a Dummy Weapon with a custom leveled list.

However whenever I go into the room with the Weapon Rack, the custom leveled item doesnt show and everything in the vicinity blows off the shelves.

Is there any way to fix this?
