Hi I have created a new worldspace with parent all of tamriel ...

I created a new region , gived sound , weather conditions etc ... I have 3 kind of weather etc ...

sound ambient , music type etc .. all set up fine , tough when I enter this worldspace I see all weather is just clear ... and no music ... why what's wrong and how to force the weather to be like I want?
