Does it take stamina to do a power attack with a bound axe? Does the bound axe swing significantly faster than other battle axes? thanks

I think it's the same as any other weapon.

But don't weapons use different amounts of stamina based on the weight? There are some comparison videos on youtube of different bows shooting at different speeds.
