Weird dialogue glitch.

So having just recovered from a 100& chance to CTD upon exit of Jorrvaskr and other places which was fixed in patch 1.4, I have begun playing Skyrim again since the game is no longer completely broken for me. In fact, I haven't had a single CTD since the patch released. Well done, Bethesda. But I'm having a new issue since the patch released. It's relatively minor, but it does tend to really bug the crap out of me.

You know how some NPCs when you walk by them will say something in passing that doesn't actually open up a diologue window with them? Well half the time when an NPC does that, for some reason my game cuts them off mid-sentece, and then starts back up again a split second later with a big chunk of the sentence missing. For a quick example, today I was at the Alchemy shop in Whiterun. Arcadia's Cauldron. I had just completed a transaction with the store's proprieter. When I say goodbye and close dialogue with her, she often says "Come back any time if you need a remedy." Well this time, this is what came out of her mouth: "Come back- -need a remedy."

Is anyone else having this problem, or is this yet another occurance of my neverending case of "It's just you" syndrome?
