Weird texture?

I noticed this immediately upon entering Windhelm. These weird grey tones can be found through out the city on their walls and on the outside bridge, also the floor textures are flickering and are looking goofy.

Is this a Driver issue or a Skyrim Issue?

Bad drivers. Uninstall your current AMD driver, and install the latest official 12.3 update.

#2 looks like it's caused by the dynamic snow-coverage shader making some ugly snow cover. #1 is a bit more ambiguous, it doesn't look quite like the problem that has been plaguing the AMD catalyst 12.2 drivers. What brand GPU do you have? Do you have transparency multisampling AA turned off?

I have recently installed 12.3 so I figured that may be the problem. And no, I have it set to use the Application's settings.

Also, is this texture suppose to be at such a weird angle? It looks like it's clashing.

Update: Uninstalling 12.3 and re-installing it didn't help. Can anyone link me to an old driver DL that you know works well so that i can give it a try?

in CCC what is your AA type set to(assuming you have an ATI card)? MSAA, Adaptive or SSAA? In my experience adaptive doesn't work well at all.

I'm not sure how to find out.

Nnm. Mine was set to MSAA

Update: Switching the mode didn't fix it. Only made my fps drop.

Ya just wondering adaptive(the middle was bad news for me). I use SSAA but that is mostly for DX11 games.
