I came into contact with the Brotherhood, helped them with almost everything, brought forth the new Elder, gained there trust. Now they want me to kill the Van Graffs which I also have lots of friendly ties with, because they are helping the NCR with weapon supplies. Meanwhile, the NCR who are my preferred faction and friends wants the Brotherhood of Steel destroyed and neither side wants to resolve this peacefully, despite my 90 Speech skill. So I kill people I really like, kill people I really like, or work toward an ending I dislike.

I like to 'game honorably' and none of these choices work. If I DO destroy the bunker, is there a way to evacuate the BoS so they don't die? And so i'm not being bothered by approximately 50 guards with T-51B armor vs. 1 lone Courier in Recon armor, where can I find a stealth boy? Unless I rush in with Enclave armor, which I will be receiving soon, no way in hell i'll survive that fight, probably even with Enclave armor.

If you wanted to end it peacefully you shouldn't have overthrown the old elder.

I kind of did that deed long before I planned on ending with the NCR, it seemed like the right choice.

You shouldn't have overthrown the elder. But not because you wanted it to end peacefully, but because the other guy is an idiot. Had you helped Mcnamara (Obsidian, I apologize if i [censored] his name up...) you would have seen why he took the route he did and helped him get back on track. But to answer your question.

No.

You can not evacuate them. Not like it matters, once the self destruct sequence activates they still sit/walk around as if it's any other day. And if you sneak you don't have to fight many people, a few scribes but thats about it. The turrets don't turn hostile so you could actually haul ass out the bunker if you wanted.

Where can I find a Stealth Boy exactly? I got 2 of them in Goodsprings and used both out of curiosity to see what happened (lulz) and haven't found a single one since.

If you can sneak attack kill a Nightkin you might be able to get one, however, the only places I know that have Nightkin are the basemant of REPCONN Test Site, and Black Mountain.

I'll take the basemant of REPCONN, since I have full access to it. Thanks.

The basic gist of the this game is that nobody likes the Brotherhood of Steel. No matter what faction you side with in NV they all want you to eliminate the Brotherhood, even Yes Man thinks they are better off being out of the picture.
