I can't collect hawk beaks of feathers because they keep circling with 10 arrows in and behind them...nice work, guys...that's normal

I think it happens when you killed the particular hawk before. The replacement will be invincible for some reason.

Just go to Solitude, there's like fifty of them there.

That svcks. I am sorry to hear that. Could you explain what happened? Did you shoot one out of the sky? Is there any other way to kill them? Are they ever perched on a tree branch? I wonder if it is possible to actually kill them with melee weapons or magicka? What would happen then?
