I do believe so. I remember seeing it on the Steam store shortly after midnight, I bought it, started the D/L, and went to sleep.

Consider with this, Lonesome Road will be release in North America's date(Which is Tuesday) and time(Mostly early morning time or late afternoon in Eastern Time).

Other wise... you have to wait on Wednesday if you live in Europe and rest of the world.

NMA at least says that european release is post-poned one day.
No idea about PS3's though.
