Why not?

I personally suspect that crossbows will be more accurate, and allow you to move at full speed while they're ready to fire, as well as do more damage, at the cost of a far slower reload speed which may require you to stop moving altogether.

Cross bows can pierce Plate mail at close to medium ranges.. it could not go as far as a bow because of the increased weigh of the projectile... but they were easier to use then bows which require days of training to use properly.. They should be stronger then bows considering that most of the time battles occur in caves or forts.. The cross bows biggest disadvantage was the long reload time...

Crossbows have always been stronger than bows; both in real life and in games. The biggest disadvantages, as stated above, are the long reload speed, and the decreased distance of the bolt. Personally? I'm just glad to see them back. I was very disappointed when they were left out of Oblivion and Skyrim. To have them back in Skyrim will be amazing. (: Imagine smithing a daedric crossbow.

Considering this DLC is designed for higher level player characters, I would imagine the available crossbows will be quite powerful.

Sorry dude, I have been hunting my entire life. Bows pack more of a punch while crossbows are more accurate. Both can kill you in one shot though. Also, Crossbows take a more considerable amount of time to reload.

From the scan I seen, The Vampirelord had 3 dots on the perk tree.

Crossbows should be stronger than bows(It makes sense), be more accurate, but have less range. And I guess slower to reload?

Crossbows will definately hit harder than Bows, but take longer to reload and not have as far of a range, like in Morrowind. Crossbows were also a bit more cross-hair accurate in Morrowind.

That's Bows vs Hunting Crossbows. Not Military Crossbows. Crossbows that were designed/used militarily, were much more powerful than a bow. Like said before, the bolts fired from a military crossbow, were very capable of piercing thick, heavy Plate Mail. In fact, they were designed for it.

It actually had 7, only 3 of them were unlocked. The two upper highlighted perks join at another perk just above them, which connects to a higher one. There are two more connected to the first perk.

Vampires earn perks by feeding on people.

I know that you level up that "skill" by feeding or using Vampire Powers. I am not sure if it will supply special Vampire Perks or if you have to use your own.

End Game characters should be fine though. Since there are more skills being added, the level cap will be raised.

Why wouldn't they be? You do understand that once machinery was invented, the crossbow largely replaced the longbow because it was so much more powerful, right? If anything, crossbows should be more powerful, but slower than standard bows. They should also be able to pierce armor.

They are not adding new Skills and raising the Level Cap. They are however, making it to where you automatically gain perks in either the Vampire Lord or Lycanthropy Trees once you feed X amount of times. So there is no usage of actual perk points.

Cool. Will it take into account my current werewolf stats (werewolf victims etc.) or do I have to "train" anew?

I think I see one more above the fourth one, so I'd wager there's at least five different perks. There could be some of varying magnitudes.

Also, I'd remove the link just to be safe. From what I heard posting scans is against the rules.
