I was in Westside much earlier in the game, and encountered a guy that needed a few things done. I told him "not now, but I'd be back later" Well.... later has come, and after walking the streets of Westside multiple times (day and night) I can't find him. Sorry.. I can't recall his name. Hopefully someone knows who I mean, and where I can find him. Not sure if he disappeared due to a glitch, or if I'm just not looking in the right place. Thanks.

Can't really help you much if we don't have a name. Try going on wiki, and look at westside and scan the character list for anything familiar.

Ohhhhh! I know who your talking about. He is Jules's partner. Just go to Westside, he should be walking around.

Ahhhhhh!! Now I remember! Its North Vegas Square. Thats where Jules and Crandon are. I feel stupid. No wonder I couldn't find him in Westside.
