Just as the title says, I'm wondering if anyone has come up with any cool or creative ways of using the resto loop alchemy glitch, other than ungodly high enchanting potions and smithing potions.

Would it be possible to do this loop to make very high fortify carry weight enchantments aswell?

Yes. Over 9000 is possible.

If you have all Enchanting boosting perks for skills and overall augmentation (basically the first 5 up to Two Enchantments through the middle) a potion of Fortify Enchanting at 379% EXACTLY can be used to make magic reduction in any school exactly 100% when a greater soul is used.

Never used this glitch, but I'm guessing you could enchant a dagger to Paralyze someone for like 37042 seconds o.o

I've made poisons that due that. Use them on Rolf Stone-Fist and Nazeem almost exclusively. I did use a regular paralyze poison on Cicero with the pickpocket perk to steal all his clothes. Now we both can be merrymen.

is it possible to enchant pick pocketing items to 100 so anything can be stolen?

The only way I use it is to make the unique items (dawnbreaker, mace of Molag Bal etc) and make them closer to what I can craft so I can actually use them in game.

Make silver weapons worth using.

You can make a Fortify Alteration potion so powerful it makes Dragonhide darn near permanent. And you can do the same thing with Fortify Conjuration to get a home-made Dremora Thrall. Not to mention over-powering Fortify Destruction. You can make Blizzard and Fire Storm worthwhile, by killing every enemy in range with one spell.
