Best: Left My Heart. The one quest that actually lets you rescue slaves (and, if you wish, trash their captors). Brings back fond memories of shooting up Paradise Falls in F3.
Worst: Render Unto Ceasar. Massacre the Brotherhood, get the White Gloves to start eating people, and assassinate the NCR president. What fun.
Longest: No, Not Much, since you generally have to do Restoring Hope, I Put a Spell On You, and Flags of Our Foul-ups in the process.
Or Maybe: Still In the Dark, since it's three parts, and you pretty much wind up doing There Stands the Grass in the process.
Shortest: The Moon Comes Over the Tower. Or, as I call it, 500 free XP.
Most Fun: Three-Card Bounty. Arcade said it best: "I'm no mercenary, but taking out scumbags like those fiends wouldn't cause me to lose any sleep."
Least Fun: GI Blues. See Courier Run. Run Courier Run. Talk here. Talk there. Run somewhere else. Urghhh. I only do this one because it's worth 1800 XP, with bonuses.

I Forgot to Remember to Forget and Bleed me Dry are the longest, most fun, and best overall to me

The worst is: Arizona Killer. Too short, and its like your Spec Ops insertion.

Best: In my opinion, Beyond the Beef. I like feeling like Bond, wearing a costume and sneaking through a casino.

Longest: No, Not Much. Fuuuuuuuuuu-

Most Fun: Flags of our Foul-Ups. I love the misfits!

Worst: Return to Sender. Wheeeeeee. ((Sarcastic Font))

For me the longest are also the best: I really enjoyed doing 'Return to Sender' and I got involved in
that before I knew a whole lot about the map and the game in general.
Finding some of the stations was... challenging. Doing Veronica's quest 'I could make you care'
while on 'Still in the dark' was also quite nice. But nothing beats the epic conclusion
of 'I Forgot to remember to forget'. Triggering it wasn't easy, either.

The funniest... I'd say 'Crazy, Crazy, Crazy' of course.

The least fun, frustrating and unrewarding quest ever?
That would be 'We'll all go together'. Took me forever to find the
last #@&! irradiated dog tag, downing Rad-X and Rad-away like they
were candies.

Longest is probably I Put A Spell On You
Most Fun I'd have to say is The Van Graff Quest

Boones quests were pretty interesting, allthough I'd allready found bitter springs by myself so it was a very short quest. I totally got the wrong idea when he wanted the two of us to spend the night there together.

Come fly with me, and the boomers quests were quite satisfying, and very immersive.
The longest most boring quest (thus far) had to be the one where I had to go round updating all the rangers stations radio codes. My god, I dont know why the NCR is afraid of Legion, there's so bloody many of them.

Jacobstown was the most boring quest of all. Killing these boring dog type creatures that were maybe level 5 and wandering through yet another cave. I ended up killing Lilly. and the Doctor. And the ghoul. I hate nightkin, supermutants, ghouls, and grumpy old bastards. Jacobstown is now MINE.

Having to run back and forth repeatedly during Bye Bye Love, Talent Pool, and GI Blues just puts me in a coma. I dread having to start those quests.

How Little We Know and Beyond the Beef are both pretty interesting. Boone's and Veronica's personal quests are fun, too. Still in the Dark is a long, and interesting one as well. Other fun ones include: Three Card Bounty, Bleed Me Dry, Come Fly With Me, and the Boomer Questline. Happy Questing!

That's more Arcade's thing. Or Betsy's, if you're playing a girl (too bad you can't get her as a follower).

Talent Pool, you don't actually have to, as long as you know where the "talents" are. You just recruit them all in sequence, then go back to the Topps.

Though not a side quest, you might like exploring all the Vaults. It's quite fun, but be sure to bring some Rad-Away for vault 34.

If you haven t been to Black Mountain yet for bos or at all, start at the bottom and work your way up the sidewinding roads.

If you play it right its good for 1-3 fallout days worth of heavy combat.

Yeah, I found free form exploring better than the majority of the sidequests.

Beyond the beef and the vegetation vault are my two favorite side quests. Favorite companion quest is Arcade Gannon's, the end rewards are very worth it.

Bleed me dry is good. Ironically characters with Confirmed Bachelor can sleep with Lucy, which is making me question which interpretation of a confirmed bachelor we are talking about.

I thought Yes Man's quests were the longest.

I have to agree with you on I put a spell on you. Hell, half the base's quests are just as bad.
