Email uesp.net and ask them for their entire wwwroot folder and make your own localhost website so you can browse each link :)

Thats a really hard question....every player is different and different playstyles will require different pages. I use many of those pages with no priority with one over the other, normally I type in a question to google and pick the responses only from the two wikis as they are usually accurate.

Is there any focus with your character? Eg: A mage who will only be doing specific quests and use specific skills?

I don't think its on the UESP, but I once saw a site that gives a txt dump of all alchemy recipes sorted by value. That'd be a handy thing to have on-hand without an internet connection... provided you dabble in the alchemical arts.

Thats actually a great idea for any type of character. Even if you aren't an alchemist as a focus in your game, theres always a potion that can and will be useful to a wide range of characters. Eg: enchanting and smithing pots.

Keep track of which pages you visit when you are online and copy when you've been there three times. Or just copy the page every time you visit.

The down side is that since wiki is a growing site, the day after you've copied a page someone will add to it - possibly something important in the case of quest bugs - and you won't notice.
