I want to make a new character before Dawnguard comes out, and for the first time in the ES series, I want to enjoy being a vampire.

I'm thinking of making a vampire lord who is a complete boss at every area in magic (primarily destruction, illusion, and conjuration (gotta have an undead army)) but also is a deadly swordsman and archer, using bound weapons.

I also want to take advantage of the Necromage perk I've heard so much about. Once my restoration hits 70 and I select that perk, enchantments and potions become 25% more effective on my character? Sound incredible, but at the moment, I can't really think of what the most badass combinations would be.

What are some of the most useful things you guys have used with the Necromage perk in effect as a vampire?
