A game set in the old Might and Magic Universe before it was destroyed. Like Erathia and Enroth and such would be cool.

All water is filled with slaughterfish. Entering the water will trigger slaughterfish battles every 1 step in between cliffracer battles.

On the slightly cool side: All of the Great Houses are now their own style of Pokemon guilds like Team Rocket and are all trying to take over one another. The role of Professor Oak is played by a disinterested and perverted Divayth Fyr.

I'm happy with Bethesda sticking with two IPs. TES VI and Fallout 4 here we come! :hehe:

The Planescape universe. It would be a very daunting task, but seeing all of the alignment worlds fully realized with Bethesda's open-ended design would be a dream come true. Frankly, though, I don't think they're capable of it as they are now. Take that as an open challenge, damn you..

Would love for Beth to make a Scifi open world RPG with just a huge network that connects to different planets. With the size of those planets being about as big as Blackreach with dungeons/places on those planets.

Open World Star Wars/Star Trek Single Player game with Character Creation would be my dream game.

Why?

Well, after their gimp stunt with Skyrim, maybe not, but it used to hold that they knew how to supply the player with weapons and armor, along with a decent size playpen to run around in.
