I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about all these bugs in NV, as I have only had 3 freezes so far. I'm Level 25 and pretty progressed in the storyline, and I have only had 3 major freezes where I had to restart my PS3. That isn't even as bad as FO3, I had numerous times where the game would completely freeze. A minor bug I have seen however, is a few NPC's will sit down and type in air over a desk with no computer, with the sounds of keys being pressed. Also I have heard some pretty feminine grunts from my male character, which kinda confused me. But other than these minor things, I have had no problem playing this game. I have to say I have enjoyed the past week playing another wonderful Fallout game.

I never had a single freeze on Fallout 3 (Regular Edition). Unfortunately, I had my first freeze with New Vegas this morning with 15 hours total play time. After killing a certain individual, taking his hat, and entering the Gamorrah, it would freeze every time I tried to leave. A quick look around the forums and I found out that other people had the same problem. Fortunately, there was a fix. Other than that everything has been great.

40 hours in, not a single freeze. Only slight stuttering when walking the mojave and sometimes, the VATS toggle is unresponsive
