How to I clear my Archery tree of 6 invested points, and give myself 6 skill points available to place?

I don't know that there's a way to do that. Uesp has a page regarding console commands, you could start there.

You can remove perk points with the console, but you will not get them back to respend. My advice is when you are level 81 and have spent all of your points, then add what you need via the console (if you still need any). Messing around removing them is only necessary if you are wanting to be very strict on yourself.
