what did todays patch fix? : V

So I saw today that Steam updated Skyrim to 1.3.10.0
What is new? Where can I read patch notes for this version?

Well they added a 4gb ram fix so instead of only letting Skyrim use 2gb of ram it now uses 4gb.

sweet! About time.. and I didn't know it only used 2GB before. This might explain all that lag.

btw the second thing: "Fixed issue with accented characters not displaying properly at the end of a line" <-- what does it mean?
