A million books with this title with one thing different in each one.
A giant bear named Rohugh.
Wearing a top hat.
The bear must wear a top hat.
And have a cane in its inventory.

Meeting a drunken blacksmith who went out of business for trying to sell horse armor. Children playing tag while one of them pretends to be a werewolf. A cliffracer frozen in an iceberg.

Me wants Chtulhu.

And fishy sticks. But of course, the godly nuke and flintlock mace/pistol would be [censored] awesome. Hope for mods!

As said earlier, yes, M'aiq is confirmed to be back - we even know his location, and one of his quotes

*potential m'aiq related spoilers*
His is located just south of windhelm near-ish a fort, once again wearing his robes.
known quote: “What does it mean to combine magic? Magic plus magic is still magic. M’aiq once tried to use two fire spells and burned his sweet roll!”

http://www.ripten.com/2011/10/29/three-hours-with-skyrim-two-brave-bosmers-and-one-lying-khajiit/7/

just about to add this to a seperate thread for anyone interested.

I will suggest the following ..

- The Giant Ethereal Mud Crab Merchant
- M'aiq the Liar
- A spear jammed between some rocks.
- Hypochondriac who thinks he's a werewolf.
- A guy who continuously tries to levitate, but falls flat on his face.
- A pair of Cliff Racer skin boots, with a note reading "Last of its kind." inside one of them.
- A vampire who glitters in the sunlight.

It would be more than awesome if there was some subtle reference to ASOIAF.

there could be a Weirwood tree somewhere near Winterhold, Or mabye underneath the city there could be the great hall of Stark tombs

A sword called "The Executor".
A worn note about the Imperial battlemage called "Lord Va...r"
In a deep mine in the Mountins, we find a Dwarven ruin with small stone Bridge over a deep chasm. Then a unique giant Fire atronach will spawn.
A sword called "Foe Hammer".

And finally, A quest where you must lead the 501st Legion and March up 7,000 steps to wipe out the greybeards.

A gravestone which reads "Here lies the Adoring Fan."
Preferably at the bottom of a huge cliff.

Or a Dogs grave, Here lies "Fables" Dearest of Dogs. Sadly missed by his owner, "Linear McMolyneux"
