Im sure this will get locked immediately but I wanted everyone to read that I was able to return the game sighting 90 day warranty from manufacturer at the retailer I purchased it from (had my receipt still always keep in game case) for a full refund and the clerk said they will send it back as "defective"
You aren't stuck with a broken game get your money back!!!!
If and when it's ever fixed I will be first in line to pick up a USED copy as in this case I would rather see the nice people from Gamestop take my money than the people who tricked me in to thinking I could choose which console I wanted to play their game on. At least the kid at Gamestop was sympathetic and ACTED like he cared when I explained the issue.
