-Better difficulty including options to adjust amount of enemies in an encounter, encounter frequencies, enemy tactics, enemy scaling, and variety of encounters. I don't think one dungeon should "all be Draugr" or a fort all be "Bandits". Mixing enemies that require you to adjust tactics would be welcomed.
-Better Combat system that is more dynamic. More Active and Reactive abilities.
-Revised version of Spellmaking introduced. Can make custom Spells.
-Appearance Slots introduced along with Armor Dyeing, Clothing creation. Tons of new Appearance Only models introduced.
-Better Perk trees. Pick Primary, Major, Minor skills from start.
-Pick different starting locations and backstory.
-Factions introduced. Ability to wage war on other factions or create alliances.
-Be able to build a town and your own house and become the Jarl. Defend the city or take part in sieges.
-War campaign. Ability to flesh out the Stormcloak v Empire story complete with a whole campaign throwing you in large battles and missions.
-Alignment system introduced. Be able to be Truly Evil, Lawful or Neutral. Different paths open up including dialog options, quests, and endings.
